Healthy Tuna Patties Recipe

Super easy healthy tuna patty recipe!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cans Wild Planet Tuna with liquid
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbs hemp seeds
  • 2 Tbs coconut flour
  • 4 Tbs flax seed ground
  • 1 Tbs ground mustard
  • 1/2 Tbs garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tbs onion powder
  • 1/2 Tbs tumeric
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. 
  • Mash up the tuna as much as you can. Using your hands, form into patties. 
  • Place onto parchment paper- lined baking sheet. Freeze. 
  • When ready to eat, bake frozen at 350 for 25-30 minutes. If not freezing, bake for 20 minutes. 
  • I like to bake these on a pan with broccoli; it takes about the same time. We like to serve it with honey mustard. After you try them, let me know how they turn out! Enjoy!
