Ah, where has the time gone?! It really has flown since having little Isabella Liberty! What a crazy 5 months it has been! We have learned so much! post baby weight

These are my 1 month, 3 month and 5 month postpartum pics! I thought that because I was breastfeeding the weight would just fall right off. At first, most of it did! But its that last few lbs that my belly is holding onto. I’m back into all my pre-preg sizes, but they fit different now. It is HARD losing weight as a new mom! You don’t have the same time, the energy, the motivation or schedule you had before…. but it can be done!

Exercise was a priority to me before I got pregnant. Not for vanity reasons, but because it helped me stress less, cleared my head and made me FEEL good. I worked out throughout my entire pregnancy for those same reasons.

Now, I want to be a healthy mom, have more energy with my family, be active together and be a positive role model for my daughter, which is why exercise has a new meaning to me! Yes, I want my old body back, but it’s SO different now!

Everyone is different, you do you, do what is best for you…but I can say that with certainty, that if you put in some hard work, it can be done!!
