What is the difference between stew and soup? I don’t really know… but this is much thicker than a normal soup, but not quite “chili” texture. Oh good questions! I’ll edit that about the salsa, but add it in with the water. And it takes about 30 minutes for the lentils. Make sure to get green or brown lentils for this recipe!
