Lettuce wraps are a great way to not only get some veggies in your meal, they are so versatile and you can make them however you want! These make a perfect quick lunch when you’re in a hurry or have kiddos running around.

Here are some great combinations to give you ideas for your own lettuce wraps!

  • Turkey (nitrate-free), cheese, diced avocado, Italian dressing (just a little for flavor)
  • Brown rice, black beans, homemade salsa or pico de gallo
  • Diced turkey (nitrate-free), cheese, tomato, diced hard-boiled egg, ranch dressing (just a little for flavor)
  • Homemade tuna salad (tuna, light mayo or vegenaise, diced celery, spices of your choice, diced onion, etc)
  • “Tacos”- ground turkey, taco seasoning, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, avocado, etc.
