I was honored to have the privilege to go on the local Columbus, Georgia tv show, The Dee Armstrong Show. I went on the show to represent the non-profit organization I work for, the Live Healthy Columbus Coalition. We ended up talking about a lot more than just Live Healthy! I have been interviewed and have been on TV before, but never in a live setting like this! I was so nervous! Thank goodness Dee is such a sweet woman and made me feel comfortable and confident!
